Terms and Conditions

APC

  1. Access to the Programme is contingent upon full payment of Programme fees by 25 April 2014 or as per payment plan;
  2. No deferral will be permitted. Should a Candidate withdraw from the Programme in 2014, they will not be refunded and will be required to re-register and pay the full fees should they elect to enrol for the 2015 presentation of the Programme;
  3. No refunds will be made should a Candidate enrol but fail to complete the course;
  4. The onus is on the Candidate to notify UCT Board Course of any change to contact information;
  5. Any cost incurred as a result of the Candidate providing incorrect information, will be for the Candidate’s account;
  6. Candidates who do not successfully complete a mandatory Professional Programme, will not be permitted by SAICA to write the APC Board Exam.

ITC

  1. Receipt of course material is contingent upon full payment of course fees by 25 April 2014;
  2. Any cost incurred as a result of the Candidate providing incorrect information, such as incorrect invoice details, will be for the Candidate’s account;
  3. Candidates who have enrolled and paid for the course, and who fail their final University exam, will be refunded in full if no material has been dispatched;
  4. If material has been dispatched by the time results are released, Candidates who failed their final exam will be entitled to a 70% refund of the course fee.
  5. No refunds will be made should a Candidate enroll but fail to attend the course
  6. The onus is on the Candidate to notify UCT Board Course of any change to contact information

General
